1. Information We Collect
When you contact Noble Line through this website, we collect the name, email, phone number, and message details you voluntarily provide in our contact form. We do not use third-party tracking for advertising.
2. How We Use Information
Contact-form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare project proposals, and maintain records of our communications. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
3. Cookies and visit statistics
This website uses functional cookies to remember your language preference (Arabic / English) and session state. We do not use behavioural advertising cookies or any outside analytics service. The information described below is handled by BrightWebPath, the company that runs this site for us, and stored on the server of our hosting provider (Hostinger). E-mails about an enquiry you send pass through our e-mail provider. The location service geojs.io receives a shortened address range, as explained below, and the contact page shows a Google map, which Google loads directly in your browser under its own privacy policy. To improve the site, we record visits ourselves, on our own server. For each page you open we store: the page address, the page that linked you here, any campaign tags in the link, the site language, the description your browser sends of itself and your device, the country, region and city your connection comes from (we look these up on our own server; when our own database has no answer, we ask an outside location service, geojs.io, about your network's address range with the last part removed, which points to about 256 addresses rather than to you), how long the page stayed open and visible and how far it was scrolled, and whether you pressed a call, WhatsApp, e-mail or chat button and where on the page it was. The pages of one visit are grouped under a random number that is kept in your browser tab and deleted from it when you close the tab. Your IP address itself is not stored. We keep only a coded form of it, which changes every day and is made with a secret key held on our server, and we use it only to tell visits apart; we never try to turn it back into an address. If you send the contact form, your enquiry is linked to the visit it came from (the pages you opened and where the visit started), so we can see what you were interested in. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, your visits are not recorded and no enquiry you send is linked to them. These records are not deleted automatically at present. Under our archive policy, older records will be moved from the live site to our private backups. You can ask us to delete the records linked to your enquiry (see Your Rights).
4. Data Security
Contact-form data is stored in an access-controlled database. Administrative access is protected by multi-factor authentication.
5. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@nobleline-eg.com. We will respond within 30 days.
